Greetings Everyone,

After reading these two reports from Recoil-1 Reconnaisance of this target and also studying the Video evidence this particular individual is a high priority target for the recoil Task Force.
Starting immediately this individual will be stopped at all costs, obviously we hope that it does not come down to disabling his vessel but if need be we will do so.

All Recoil operatives stationed in Alaska have now to keep close monitoring of the situation and please accept my approval to investigate this target further and implement a strategy plan to aprehend this individual.
I am ready to also implement additional operatives to Alaska should they be needed for your operation to be successful.

Continued monitoring is authorised and also if this individual is not aprehended then we may have to authorise outside help to take this individual down if we have enough evidence to prove all of his contreventions of Liberty Law.

This will be my recommendation.......

Firstly .. try to stop the individual and if successful his cargo will be destroyed and the individual fined and warned that if he continues then he is going to face more consequences.
Secondly .. if he runs and tries to evade then we must again get evidence once again ad be prepared for more sterner action.

Thirdly .. once enough evidence is available we will hand this evidence to all Law agencies in Liberty so as to improve our chances of catching this individual.
Also because we are extending our operations and making seperate operational divisions we will need more people to come forward and take control of these operations, so I am reaching out to everyone again and would like even senior officers to be able to continue their normal duties ad take control of all of our new operations we have set in place.

So.. for now we concentrate on Recoil doing their investigation and also briefly may I say that the Longbow operation will stay operational aswell and will be a longer operation than first thought.
