Both Maquis and Gaians already have piracy lines, what allows their participation as side piracy factions, tho

This Bretonian Unlawful ID is used by members of the Gaians, who:

- Can attack Planetform and Orbital Spa and Cruise.
- Can attack ships carrying Flourine, Gaian Wildlife or Terraforming Gases.
- Cannot use Battleships or ships with more than 4300 cargo space, except the Corsair Train.

Within Zone of Influence (Bretonia, systems directly bordering Bretonia, Taus, California, Inverness, Vespucci):

- Can attack Combat Ships.
- Can engage in piracy.

This Gallic Unlawful ID is used by members of the Maquis, who:

- Cannot use Cruisers, Battleships, or ships with more than 4300 cargo space.

Within Zone of Influence (Gallia, systems directly bordering Gallia, Taus):

- Can attack ships considered hostile by Maquis.
- Can demand cargo.
