Encounter Description :Routine patrol within three Liberty systems and we decided to go to Texas, Alaska and Virginia just patrolling the area and making sure there were no trespassers or in fact smugglers, then all of a sudden a target appears on my radar and I immediately asked him to stop and both me and operative Offsprey scanned the individual named TxPaul who was a small transport ship and low and behold he had ARTIFACTS in his hold so he was asked to drop his cargo and it was immediately destroyed and the individual was asked to leave.
Outcome : No further action was taken seeing as he dropped the cargo willingly and cedrtainly lost alot of profit from his smuggling haul
