This is a general notice.

Effective immediately the individual known as Olivia Sable, operating as a Freelancer with Libertarian origins, is to be left alone and not engaged unless in necessary self defense.

I will entertain no appeals against this order for two reasons, one is that she does not pose a threat to the Alliance nor the interests of Xenos as a whole. Two, she assisted in breaking up a foreign artifact ring within Liberty and thus clearing a spot for us to occupy and apply leverage with.

She has my mark as a sign of gratitude, so treat her with some respect.
