His early life was far from being easy - his father was forcefully conscripted into the Gallic Royal Navy, as it was amassing forces for the invasion of Sirius. Fortunately, he saved up enough money for a small shuttle, which he used to make some much-needed cash. Having been hired by EFL, he helped them supply the Royal Navy with goods to sustain the war effort. His father, however, died during the attack on Leeds, after his ship was destroyed in a battle against the Bretonians. Gallia's defeat would come soon after, and the Royalists fled Gallia for the Hebrides. Valentin joined the Defense Forces and swore to avenge his father and to protect his home from any threats that may rise; the chance to prove himself worthy came soon, with the invasion of Gallia by the Empire of Kusari... They are powerful and continue to pose a significant threat to us. Maquis - A terrorist faction with the goal of exterminating all nobles in Gallia. Gallic Brigands - Simply put, pirates. They are a danger for everyone passing through Gallia. Empire of Kusari - Our biggest enemy. They invaded us to "put an end to the weapons of mass destruction" - all of which are still in the hands of the Enclave. While on patrol, you encounter a small wing of Enclave fighters. They spot you, and begin threatening your life unless you disable your craft and surrender to their cause. You are outgunned and the nearest friendly patrol that would bring the tide to your favour is ten minutes away from you. What will you do?: Call for reinforcements and fight them. During one of your flights, you encounter an escape pod or a malfunctioning ship. The person inside is speaking in Sirian tongue and is asking for immediate help. If you wait any longer, the pilot will perish horribly. What will you do?: Rescue the pilot and fly to the nearest base.
