{DHC} adoption

As a joint decision between me @"NixOlympica" and @Prysin we have decided to open {DHC} up for donation.

If you are interested in taking over the faction which includes all of its assets, RP (with the exception of my personal character @Großherzog Albert von Kelsen), Discord server and very lazy yet cool playerbase please PM this account with the reasons why it should be you with some general ideas and your Discord so that I can contact you. I will work with you for any and all necessary transition.

In case that no one is interested or I do not think it's a good idea to give the faction to you, the faction will be disbanded,
