I believe, the time has come for our station to get further upgrades, which would fix the last major places of infinity lasting repairs, with bringing us enough energy to synthesize materials in small amounts in order to keep the station in good condition. We plan to start once [*USI*] will bring us enough initial supplies to check and repair all present station parts and the plan for station upgrades is ready and approved by all necessary specialists.

This time it is our turn to ask Genesis Board for its consent and help in this affair. What would be your answer?
