Good Afternoon,

I think the investment and idea to turn Donryu into Med Force Academy is a very good idea. Do keep in mind that the research done in Baffin is the stuff we would rather the public eye not see so there will always be need for research in our Theta bases. I do like the idea of holding training events and conventions at this academy as they will get some public notice where we need it.

As to the costs, I will get into my ship and start running some routes to help with this. Would you like funds sent to our bank or to your own account or even the base itself? I know of some good high value routes that will help.
And um, when you get a chance to swing out to Baffin, there is something I have been working on that might interest you. It is a project I have been studying for a few years but could use another mind on it. Let us just say that we do not need any prying eyes on it.
