Omega 11

It almost did not make it into the patch, but Omicron came back from a hiatus (personal stuff) and produced the goods. It comes together with a large rework of the Omega sector that I am hoping will be good for everyone.

A major difference in respect to Omega-11 is that Omega-3 will not connect to it like it does Omega-2, so like vanilla Omega-11, it will be a Rheinland centric system as it should be. This does mean BMM/BMF will lose access to Diamonds in lore (their bonuses can remain I guess, though they will have to fly to Omega-7 first, and will feel like they are picking Rheinlands pockets, which is not necessarily a bad thing).

If I have time I will make a thread to explain the changes being made to Omega connectivity and the "slightly" controversial system removal that will be a part of it. There are other reworks involved in the next patch that also need explaining and I am not sure if I have the artistic talent or time to make nice pictures to explain it.
