Omega 11

A major difference in respect to Omega-11 is that Omega-3 will not connect to it like it does Omega-2, so like vanilla Omega-11, it will be a Rheinland centric system as it should be. This does mean BMM/BMF will lose access to Diamonds in lore (their bonuses can remain I guess, though they will have to fly to Omega-7 first, and will feel like they are picking Rheinlands pockets, which is not necessarily a bad thing).

This is going to be a strange thing, Actually the strangest change on discovery ever
BMM/BMF factions travel to non-sovereign space and mine there, putting themselves under the Rhinelanders authorities while they are Bretonians...
