Construction Phase Four: Shipyard

Following Operation Orange River, the Gen'an Sisterhood has the capabilities to invest into some major infrastructural inprovement. We have the full support of Malta for developing shipyard capabilities for our shrine base, Kinkaku-ji. Hispania Imperial is currently constructing 2 Storta class destroyers for our Sisterhood, making these modifications even more vital.

The construction will come in 3 stages.

• In the first stage we need to expand the base structure to incorporate the new facilities.
