Many people ask me: Really Zane? A third Liberty Rogue Gang? What the hell is the point? Well anyways, the journey starts here.

Zane Kato (born Williams) was born to a poor family on planet Los Angeles, they moved from place to place in Liberty, trying to find their luck. Finally, his my parents fled to Kusari at his age of 8 to avoid the lower-class cleansing and dodge being thrown to Texas prison hellholes. He still bears the Kusari surname his family so proudly adopted.

Upon his parents passing he saved up for a used Ahodori The-Ship, took his training he gained from Hogosha smugglers that took him under their wing, and decided to take his business to Liberty. At first he was helping people as a freelancer, getting citizens their much needed medicines such as Nox, Cardamine, and soon became known as a person who can "get"things, from pharmaceuticals even to Ageira White Boxes.

All was good except for one issue - The Navy and LPI Kept throwing wrenches into his humble business, and when he single handedly saved Manhattan from a Coalition Battlecruiser without so much of a "Thank you" he's had enough.

He was approached by a group called The Rogues after his infamous exploits became widely known and decided to agree to join their ranks. They were fruitful several months - many a pirate run was achieved, he got back at the corrupts that threw wrenches in his business and even helped in a turf war against the competing LR- gang in big way.

The same issue started to creep in once more though - The Rogues and Zane never really trusted each other. He was wary of them from day one - so much so he never trusted them enough to even give them his name. And when The Rogue who asked him to join didn't seem to be around anymore the inevitable came eventually and he was asked to pack his bags and leave.

He even asked the competing gang if they want him, but that was a foolish endeavour from the start. When he looked back at all the times he kept mocking them relentlessly during his stay in The Rogues, and even how he was a key chess piece in their defeat in Texas, it was no wonder they told him "no", stating the reputation he has built up with those that bare the LR- insignia preceeds him.

He decided it is time he stood on his own two feet, to get our there, and start making a name for himself. And who knows - maybe, when the time comes, even get some like minded people to join The Liberty Raiders he so passionately founded.
