I do not quite understand how is with this titles? Is that in game or only in forum?
On the board there is my character name: RainCatcher / 3 kills.

Titles are assigned to your forum profile. Instead of "Member" you'd have written something else.

One more question.
Who won this war? is the score based on kills achieved or is there another type of deciding the winning side?
I didn't find nowhere here written who won and what happens next.

The outcome is yet to be posted, I believe. By the way. Say if you want the title that fits your score.
