The Golden Chrysanthemum Gen'an (Fundamental Idea) Cell is a radical Golden Chrysanthemum faction that seeks to overthrow the current Kusari government and establish their own matriarchy. They are especially hostile to the two corporate dynasties of Kusari, Samura Industries and Kishiro Technologies, who they view as the puppetmasters of Kusarian Society.
The Chrysanthemums believe that by destroying Samura and Kishiro, they will free the Kusarian people from the increasing influence that the corporations have on society. It would have the added effect of crippling the economy, making the government itself an easier target.
The Gen'an Cell idolises Yuyu Matsuda, the author of GC in Bloom, to a point where she becomes an almost mythical figure. Her book is treated by the faction as the most sacred of texts and they see Matsuda's willingness to die, rather than suffer imprisonment as something to be emulated. This makes a Gen'an Chrysanthemum a volatile and unpredictable element which will use any means to achieve her goals, even at the cost of her own life. Suicide attacks are not uncommon.
The Gen'an Cell's military structure is orientated to fighting guerilla warfare and terrorism. While piracy and the smuggling of black market goods is an essential part of the cell's activities, it is primarily seen as a means to sustain themselves and support their war against the male dominated society of Kusari.

Goals
- Destroy Kishiro Technologies and Samura Industries
Also the line to engage Samura is part of literally all of the GC IDs and alot of unlawfuls have these. Gaians have it on planetform for example. We caught a transport of our most hated enemy and you died. 99% of the time Samura docks and logs when we enter the system. We didn't /1 /2 you.
Also it helps if you actually put armor on your transport. But you chose to fly a pure 5ker. I am sorry that Kusari is dangerous some times. Perhaps its time to slap some armor and weapons on that ship. It really helped us all the times lawfuls engaged our transports without demand.
Actually no armor wouldn't have helped in that situation.
