Can we start sanctioning people for AFKing near system walls or far away from the plane on OFL tagged ships?

Have you started reporting such cases for staff to investigate?

Can't report someone who don't want to be found using screenshots as evidence, dummy. But I have slapped GMs about that and I don't know was it investigated and was any action taken.
