After years of racing around through the Dublin asteroids, Dexter has run out of challengers in Bretoina. Trent Broccoli never came back to give him another challenge. Eventually while sitting at the bar on the Hood, he overheard a news broadcast about a Sector wide race and he realized this was the perfect opportunity to find new racers.
