Hello, chaps. We sent you a message over 11 days ago. Yesterday we asked about its status, but the only word in response that we got was "beans". We are at a loss about how this should be interpreted. When we asked if there was someone else who could replace one of the two representatives who has left on a break, we got no response. We have started to worry that our good friends have become unwell or might be in danger.
