First item of concern is a vessel named RV-Pennybrooke. This vessel has been in existence even before our great voyage, and mostly sighted around Omicron Delta and its adjacent systems. The individual, Kathrine, who is in command of the vessel has been know to be a nomad sympathiser and is hostile to both the Core and Order. Despite this open political view, we have been unable to obtain any hard evidence of this individual acting against Zoner interest other being an utter nutcase we come to see in the freeport once in a while.
Regardless, we have been keeping tabs on this individual, and recently our patrolling reconnaissance unit has caught an noteworthy incident. Our vessel, under camouflage in Zeta has managed to come across this vessel again. However, this time it was accompanied by two additional Vagrant vessels. It has made its way to a known conflict zone between the Core and Order, and fought in league with the nomads. Our vehicle cam below shows this in progress.
After a period of engagement with human vessels, the vagrant and the RV-Pennybrooke moved into the Pohnpei Edge Nebula, where a Hive is known to exist. Our recon team ultimately took the gamble and went in pursue. Luckily capturing further footage despite running low on cloaking battery and nearly collided with a nomad fighter patrol. Our team noticed the Hive is not reacting with hostility to the presence of RV-Pennybrooke.
I have also disclose some of the intercepted transmission from RV-Pennybrooke. Our recon vessel had to periodically drop out of range to cool its cloaking drive, so may not be a conclusive log. In addition, we noticed were no detectable return communication from the Vagrant vessel, and are unsure whether it is ignoring or responding psionically in return.

In light of this development, I would recommend our vessel to steer well clear of the RV-Pennybrook, or be on combat ready alert in proximity. Past experience suggest it does not aggress on Zoner vessels pre-emptively, but we do not want to take any chances being caught unprepared, or be surprised if came to Nomads aid under combat situation.

Second item of concern is in regards to latest open contract advertised by the Wellers Bros. Inc. The company has been initially contracted by the Kusari Goverment in their effort to clean up the Taus, but in an absurdly twist of events the company then decided to subcontract further down to multiple Sirian corporations. In doing so, the location of Lividia has now been effectively compromised to public knowledge in a single stroke of idiocy for a short term, personal gain.
In the meantime, preparations are being undertaken to assign more security personnel to the shipyard temporary until all goods has been delivered. Our security will be there to ensure the subcontractors remains their specific assigned sectors and prevent any further opportunism. Mobile command vessel (\^/)Aegaeon is currently on route to the opening of the Peloponnese Edge Nebula to receive, and check any incoming vessel in and out of the shipyard.
