Description of report: The law 4.1 of Liberty has been broken by a certain Ken_MacTucky with the following ship: Sunburst, a civilian freighter. He had the the Freelancer ID and IFF and he had two Vengeances a weapons that only the Security Forces are allowed to use or in special case those who has a License to use them. The civilian applied to my orders: ''Cut your engines for a cargo scan.'' and ''Unequip those weapons and sell them to West Point.''
