Please allow unofficial factions to sponsor internal blanket bounties. (if it is not allowed already). Please confirm if it is allowed right not or not.

@Squad says it is allowed (incidental kills - on targets you can shoot anyways), multiple other staff say the "blanket official or sponsored" Overrides the rewards board rule for the same ID and you can only do individual.

I have sent a request around a week ago now to get rules clarified

to get 4.6 - Characters or groups using a Freelancer ID or Bounty Hunters Guild ID may only collect on a self-sponsored bounty if is open for non-members to collect. All factions using non-generic IDs may sponsor internal bounties that are only open to members of the player or NPC faction.
