Chapter 4: Legislative

Article 31:

The power of the Legislative branch lies in the Munich House, the law making organ in the State.

Article 32:

Elected members of the Munich House shall be voted in by citizens who are the representatives of their voters, serving for two years per term.

Article 33:

The number of members in the Munich House and the districts in systems shall be set by law.

Article 34:

The qualifications of the representatives are set by law, other than requiring the individual to be a citizen who has served the state.

Article 35:

No representative may be serving in another branch of the State during their term, nor serving in higher Rheinland government.

Article 36:

Vacancies in the Munich House shall be filled by an emergency election in the cases of death or inability to serve.

Article 37:

Any member of the Munich House may propose a bill, the bill will be passed by the House once reached by majority by the members. The bill will head to the Executive branch for final conformation.

Article 38:

Amendments of the Constitution require the majority of the Munich House, the approval of the Executive branch and the approval of the Admiralty.
