Greetings Sir, of course, I can tell you about this Incident. First, I have Met the Ageira Vessel Last Week if I Remember Correctly. the Capitan had around 15 to 20 Criminals of Various Groupes on Board his Vessel. he had Lane Hackers and Xeno on Board as I met him near West Point, as Criminals Like this Pose a Great Threat to Civilians I asked the Capitan of the Ageira Vessel Kindly to Give them into Custody at West Point. but the Capitan Refused and Stated that he had to Shoot them Down so he would Interrogate them, as you can see here "Ageira~Mach: and we will interrogate them" as I Understand the Laws of Liberty Right than even Criminals have a Right to a Fair Trial, Getting Interrogated by a Company could be hardly seen as a Fair Trail by a Civil Court. that's why I Orderd the Capitan after his Refusal to hand Over the Lane Hackers and Xenos at West Point Station. after his Continued Refusal to hand over the Criminals either to me or West Point Station I was Ready to Mark the Agiera Vessel as Hostile and to Open Fire. but before that happened Multiple enemies appeared on the Scanners and they had Priority.
But some days later as I was on Board of the 46th|LNS-Lady.of.Leeds I came across that Vessel again at West Point and again it had Criminals of Various Organisations on Board. Again I asked him to either Drop of the Criminals at West Point or to Hand them Over to me. this time he Fired a Burst at my Ship. the Lady wasn't Damaged and the Shields were Stable, but despite the Claims of the Ageira Capitan, this was an attack on a Navy Vessel. I wanted to Fine him 1 Million Credits, as a Capitan should be Able to Handle his Ship, and such "Accidents" Shouldn't Happen. but a Member of the Hight Comand came by and it was Decided that Hight Comand should Figure this out. should I be Wrong then I will Apologise for it.
