Agreed. This mod can be the definition of niche. Advertising, on media platforms such as Twitter, Reddit, or contacting "Youtubers" (mid to low range) can help the game, and time will filter bad or uninterested players, and the playerbase will grow significantly.

However there is a lot of issues that need to be fixed. The pseudo-bureaucracy that makes everything slower, many things being outdated and still in-game (i.e. "Republican Shipping"). Small issues that can be resolved with the help of the community. It's a small issue but these small issues, when in number are hurting the game.

Need better Team development with more focus on the Story

Yes, the story is 'advancing' slowly, and I hope there won't be any more disaster like the Rheinland CIvil "War".

Also, yes, many systems are pure dead end, and developing vertically rather than horizontally may be preferred at this point. Omicron Lost is the most empty thing I've ever seen in my life, and that's just an example.

The skill gap between snubs during fights is also very problematic, making fights dramatically unbalanced.

The roleplay also dramatically reduced in quality as others said above. As Lyth said, they are roleplaying at [us].

In short, many issues. The staff should regularly consult the playerbase and try to check the health of the community. As an example, this thread is a thread made by a player [not by the staff officially], and not by the staff. I consider the staff being mostly lethargic, with erratic bursts of activity. It is good to put systems to punish factions as an example, if they are not active, and remove them from officialdom, and vice-versa, but this health-check should also be done in a greater way. You have to check the health of the community and fix issues.

To be honest, I feel the ship is sinking, and have been sinking for quite a long time.
