Its possible but I would have to redraw several views of the head. Let me tinker today.

Having relooked--doing the head thing is a complete redraw of the original image. A headdress of "hair" extends out behind the head and wings and would require moving that as well. So I would have to redraw wings, the head, the hair and motion most of it. That's really like remaking the picture so I will have to say no (unless I am struck insane and decide to fresh draw whole new images).

I can make the eyes flash or smoke if that something you like.
