Briefly explain what happened

Their activity was reported by a merchant, soon after Akhetaten and myself ventured to Colorado system to see what's going on. Dioxide was backed by one Outcast Battlecruiser and one Rogue Gunboat.

Dioxide's ship was modified with the cloaking device.
