Not sure if you've found out through some means, but I've bailed out of Liberty recently. Not sure for how long, nor where I'm gonna go, but I won't be coming back for a little while at the very least.
So, I thought you might want to add another favor to your collection. Isla is pretty busy with the Marshals Service at the moment, and that means she might do some stupid shit when she's not overworked with piles of paperwork. I'd like you to keep an eye on her, if you can. Make sure she doesn't get herself burned out or, worse yet, killed. And maybe keep her from associating with too many of those creeps that frequent Liberty. You know the kind.
Let met know if you need anything or if there's an urgent reason for me to return.
