Opinion: The Front have gone too far.

Jaques Dantes Opinion: What is the agreeable price of freedom? Today me, Jaques Dantes have seen what it really means to try to do the right thing. For the past many months I have been bringing you news from the Lorraine system dear readers. I believed what I have written - it seemed almost impossible to see the system that was so deeply Royalist ingraned be influenced by someone who fought so dearly against Royals. And yet, The Maquisards Front de Liberation de Gallia has given many marginalized masses and yours truly, your LGNS correspondent hope - they have won our hearts with the massive quantities of relief we didn't get from the union. Many people were smitten by their propaganda and friendly approach, we finally thought somebody understands us. At great risk, we have started going to the streets, we were still the minority, but with sirian and Maquisard support, perhaps parts of Metz could be Liberated, me and hundreds of thousands of others have put our skin out there. But then at the height of the need, when we started believing - they were gone. Just vanished, left their own people be decimated by the thousands at the battlefield they prepared for such a long time. Sirian haulers that trusted in their protection now exposed, at the mercy of the Gallic Union for unbeknowingly smuggling in Maquisard Propaganda that promised nothing but lies. What were they doing? Why did they give people of Lorraine hope only to vanish to Champagne to try to capture some old rusting scrap. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I am dissappointed.
