As a brief reminder and my apologies if this wasn't clear at the outset, the below is intended to keep lawful IDs out of said fields for this event. BHG IDs and unlawful IDs are welcome in the fields.
Rule Changes:
Within New York, no participating smuggler may be engaged before leaving or after entering an asteroid field, nebula, or debris field by lawful IDs. Participating smugglers may be engaged by Bounty Hunter IDs on snub craft within such areas, however.
