3. What exactly do you want changed?

Re-activation of this archived SRP (100% powercore on a Freelancer ID Bretonian Liner), and application of the new shipname.

4. Why are these changes necessary?

Because the original ship no longer exists. This SRP was approved during the brief period of check-in requirements, which were given up upon soon after. I never checked in because the SRP never actually worked; I had to PM admins on basically every restart because the techcompatibility reverted pretty much every time.
