This is much worse than we thought
I'll get to the point. You are now classed as an enemy of Gallia. That means you are subject of not just being shot by The Gallic Navy, but also the spying and sabotage of the GNI, and believe me when I say it's a powerful organisation with deeply disturbing methods that often operates outside of Gallia. This treaty and Kusari Empire are an existential threat to us, if they influence other houses like this The Gallic Union will be recognised as a legitimate entity, left to rebuild, and even claim Roussillon.

There is however, the issue of our respective benefactors being very deeply incompatible. As I understand it - you cannot survive without The Outcast support. I will put my cardson the table now - neither can we without The Unione Corse. Our original entity betrayed us and cut us off from supply lines. So our existence relies on them, and that's besides the fact that our people would start dissapearing mysteriously should they openly turn on us. We don't care about Nox directly, you saw us with it as means of making resources before we knew who you were. There are many other commodities that are more suitable to us that we prefer hauling.

Look - I don't see how we can be ever open unconditional allies because of the above. That just isn't happening. I also can't control all our marvellously erratic Maquis, we are not a unified formal force that follows orders to the letter. What I do propose is a loose informal counter-alliance to The Treaty, that realistically takes into account the realities of our situations.

I propose the following:

• Immediate ceasefire and mutual assistance and cooperation against The Gallic Union, The Kusari Empire forces: KNF, KSP, KOI, GN, GNI.
  
• The Front and The Maquis reserve the right to defend any Unione Corse vessels under fire by the GC. The GC reserve the right to defend any Outcast vessels under fire from The Front and The Maquis.
  
• Any Maquis units found in Kusari Space with Artifacts or Nox by The GC can be asked to pay a fine, be asked to leave or be escorted out, drop their cargo, and shot down if they refuse. Or a combination of any of the previous steps depending on the situation.
  
• Any GC units found in Gallic space with Cardamine or it's derivatives by The Maquis can be asked to leave or be escorted out, to drop their cargo, and shot down if they refuse. Or a combination of any of the previous steps depending on the situation.

Bottom line is - we will fuck up the politicians and their pawns that scheme against us. We will not piss off the respective hands that feed us. We will be able to cooperate and sit at one table with The Dragons. All while not losing our, let's face it, fun and bloody sparring bouts when The Outcasts and Corse get involved and we have no choice but to jump in. We will just skip the torture or worse and hand the roughed up escape pods to the other side when all is said and done promptly *laughs*.

Let me know what you think - we, and especially our Tau cells, are ready to help you undermine the authority of The Kusari Empire and any GNI meddling in any way we can.
