After chasing off an Outcast Capitol ship with the help of Bretonia Armed Forces Defiance I was making my way back to New London when I received a message about an Illegal vessel in Leeds. It happend to be a pirate train. HMS-Coventry escorted it to the Essex where I took over and informed the citizen of the infraction he is being charged with. The Citizen reaction looked genuine and I gave him twenty four hours to send me a message directly to work on obtaining a license for his vessel. That is all.
