Your State Police Chokan has an announcement to make :

Good day and Konnichiwa to all Officers and High Command,

As of today we have introduced some new officers and I am pleased to announce we had some success regarding a hostile Golden Chrysanthemum who initially was trying to make some Orbital Spa and Cruise Liners leave the safety of Planet New Tokyo, and she informed us that the Liners were indeed smuggling Artifacts.

But to a better note, the Chrysanthemum was illiminated thankfully and officer |KSP|Arita.Teruo[O] excelled himself in a duel with the Chrysanthemum ad in no way did I intervene in the fight and respected the fact that she was a lone ship.

Let us be careful in future ad also please refer to the report posted regardig the two Liners and please keep eyes open for these two ships and stop them on sight LLI|LuxTravel-Palisade and LLI|LuxTravel-Sapphire.
