I asked another supplier to get something else that Ulster Station also needed for its Core 4 upgrade and the next day I woke up, I found that they did all the required materials for the Core 4 upgrade except for the BluePrint Plan, so it would seem that they even did the ones I asked from you to do, here's what they said:
