All was quiet during my patrol of the Cambridge system until I came to the New London Jump Gate and came across a transport who exited the Jump Sequence and was seemingly not behind the controls. I stood there for quite sometime waiting for the pilot to respond and eventually he did. I gave him a very light gesture to always be sure to be at the controls especially when exiting the jump Sequence. it can put his life and others lives at risk if you are not at your pilots seat.
