Description of report: Left Riverside station after Argonaute had been in there for some time due to a electrical failure which needed atteantion.
Upon arriving in New York I decided to park my self close to Planet Manhatten, then from the Fort Bush trade lane a Freelancer appeared and I asked him to stop for a scan. He stopped after trying to dock, and low and behold SORTED ARTIFACTS in his hold so he was breaking.......

Liberty Law (1.1) It is illegal to have any amount of these commodities in your cargo hold.

So this particular individual Alemdar_Esrefoglu was asked to pay a 10 million credits fine for his Law breaking, and upon this request he said he did not have enough Credits, which I did not believe to be honest and after numerous times giving him a chance to explain himself and pay a smaller fine, he decided to run before i was finished, so his vessel was disabled.

Cam footage was supplied also after he denied carrying the Artifacts aswell.

OH and if you read the highlighted part of the black box log apparently I'm not Navy.

Recommendations: Recommend we keep an eye on this individual for smuggling, and he possibly had not enough credits to psy the fine so we will no doubt catch him again.
