"newly elected"? You mean, Imperials instigated a Coup. Lets call a spade a spade please.

As a result of the civil war, Rheinland lost roughly a third of its combined military and lost its position as one of the largest militaries in the sector

That's news to me.

Otherwise, positive change in Rheinland is cool and good.
