Good evening my friends,

Allow me to introduce myself as I do not believe we have been properly introduced yet. My name is Jill Xi and I am the director of the Med Force Academy in Omicron Theta.

A few of our students here at the academy thought it would be a wise idea to start the final thesis project of re-engineering the Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) scanner we currently use today (things which make me go 'Hmmm' as a director). Yet, having said that the academy has certain checks and procedures in place before any 'major' project is allowed to start and the engineers ran some figures and did the math. As it turns out our experimental labs aren't quite built for their project. We therefore need some supplies as to strengthen the labs.

We are in need of some materials which I've been told are fairly easy to obtain in your end of space so for this reason I'm contacting you for a price quote of the following materials:

- 33600 High Performance Alloy;
- 39800 Heat Sinks.

Please let me know the delivery costs for these items and please take in consideration that MFE is a non-profit organization so we have to keep that keen eye on our budget. Having said that we can always be of service in station checks and employee training so a quid pro quo would certainly suffice.
