Good day.

Following a brief consultation of certain other ministries and the Kusari Kaigun, the Empire of Kusari accepts the concerns regarding 'Barra Anchorage' raised by the Kingdom of Bretonia. Instead of pursuing the original goal, we are open to discuss ways for us to provide assistance to the Crayter Republic regarding the repairs of Barra Anchorage or the construction of a new outpost replacing it. Such talks may be held privately between the Crayter Republic and us following a positive conclusion of the matter at hand here. The topic of the Helios wreckage shall be addressed then too.

Additionally to the above, the Kaigun wished for an extension of Article 6. The proposed version reads the following and serves the purpose of clarification mostly:

6. It was agreed that Bretonia will officially grant the KNF rights to stay and establish an outpost within a ten standard clicks radius around the Tau-29 Gate in Tau-31 should Kusari cover half the expenses necessary to rebuild Stokes Station.

The outpost would serve a border control and refueling role only. Should this extension be deemed unacceptable by the Kingdom of Bretonia or the Crayter Republic, the Ministry of Finance promised to take this decision into account regarding the eventual sale of the Helios wreckage.

All other Articles listed are deemed fully acceptable for Kusari.
