Incident:Interspace transport caught red handed outside Planet Junyo

Details of Event: Super-Transport was the vessel involved here with a Cargo of Black Market Light Arms .... clearly illegal and asked him to drop the cargo to be destroyed.

This individual will be marked as a smuggler and will be watched closely by all State Police Officers from now on....

Next time, seeing as I did not fine him, he can drop the cargo and be fined 10 million Sirius Credits and thereafter the fines will increase again by another 5 million and after the second encounter, if he is spotted again with illegal cargo he should be taken into custody.

The Kusari State Police will not tolerate smugglers in our Region.
