He did not comply with any demands to jettison the contraband and the ship was destroyed. His escape pod was towed to Fuchu Prison. Action(s) Taken: After calling for the transport to halt at Shinjuku station, he took flight and I gave pursuit. He eventually stopped at Planet New Tokyo. After much conversation, he continued to refuse to jettison the contraband. Unfortunately, I had the displeasure of ensuring that his transport was destroyed. The contraband was destroyed and his escape pod was subsequently towed to Fuchu Prison. I imagine he must be writing to all the diplomats now from there.
