This board is to be used for the tracking of deliveries to Norfolk Shipyard for a special project being worked on by the Liberty Navy's 5th fleet. All reports MUST INCLUDE:

• A photographical Proof of deliveries
  
• A short List of materials delivered
  

They may also include a short summary of how the travels to and from the Pick-up and Drop off points went
