Crayter has acknowledged the change in representative for Kusari's side of these talks, and I will ensure that all matters that were marked to be dealt with Minister Toshinori are instead marked to be dealt with Genrō Itō.

Regarding the meeting on Harris, Crayter is still welcome to the idea of official talks in person to finalize this agreement. As members of Crayter's Federal delegation, and to facilitate the end of conflict between them and Kusari as well, we have invited Natio Octavarium to take part in this meeting. To my understanding, the Natio has not been involved in much of these talks, and should only need to take part to formally end hostilities between them and Kusari. Should they have additional topics to bring up that is of course their business to do so. If Bretonia is in agreement to allow them, we will inform Natio of the agreed upon time and date of this meeting.
