Hail, Hina Nakamura. The name's Leon. I command the Bustard known as NX-01. I'm a freelancer who flies around, map systems and scan for rifts that can be used as jumpdrive points. Starflier Base has undergone some repairs thus far, one of the items that has been fixed up is the IFF of the base, which is currently set to Freelancer. I'm sure that will give you no trouble. In any event, the docking points will be set to accept your convoy's transponder signals to prevent any rejections in docking requests. After browsing Kusari's and Liberty's laws, I've found that they have amended their laws influence and reach. It seems now that it only applies to sovereign space, and any independent worlds between these two Houses are now... well... independent.

When it comes to risk assessment, I should let you know that Kepler has a natural phenomenon called a Dark Matter Storm present. This storm prevents very long travels within the system and hull degradation is very apparent. Due to the Lightening Storms and Heavy Radiation, I'd suggest swiftly moving through the Trade Lanes to prevent critical damage to your vessels. This is the biggest threat to you.
