A new discovery.

During my time at Halifax Freeport, I heard a very interesting rumor. As if somewhere in Edinburgh there is an almost abandoned Privateer base, the Providence Station. After conducting a short investigation in the form of, it may be ironic, free alcohol for several regulars at the local bar, I was able to confirm this information. At the moment, the station is a smugglers' den, and its condition is deplorable. It is located somewhere in Arran Ice Cloud and is practically not guarded by anyone. I think we can take the lead in putting things in order in this hot point and rebuilding this outpost for our purposes.
