Description of report: Smith told me that there was a rogue vessel within the vicinity so I took my bomber when he told me that was a transporter. I found the transporter in the debris field behind Manhattan and stopped him. Some minutes later, Smith arrived.

We both thought that we would shoot on him, but this situation changed completely. It appeared the rogue transporter was a liner Pilgrim with the following callsign: Kauburn. The guy told me it was the rogues who hired him for their purposes and he did not like them. So I launched and idea to him: ''How about to be engage within the 46th fleet as pilot of transport?'' On this, Smith and I escorted the liner to Pennsylvania at the Bethlehem to change his papers for a new beginning. To conclude, we handle the situation peacefuly.

Recommendations: We will need to take a look to this guy closely and remember: Everyone can have a second chance.
