Recently, there has been a surge in the number of Outcast pilots who have, frankly, no business sitting at the adult dinner table, nevermind the helm of a capital ship. These pilots show a flagrant disregard for our laws, our alliances... anything other than their own shortsighted greed.

So, we want them destroyed. The list in this channel will be continually updated; witnesses of such violations can provide the evidence here, in a diplomatic channel, or in private comms, and the target will be added.

The standard bounty is currently 200,000 credits (counting the Brigade's contribution), repeatable until the bounty is rescinded. Certain targets may earn a bonus.

These bounties may be claimed by Outcasts, Reapers, Raiders, Liberty Rogues, Lane Hackers, Golden Chrysanthemums, mercenaries, and freelancers.*

Targets must be told why they are being hunted, whether before or after the battle, and told to contact the Council of Ministers and whatever other faction they've harmed over diplomatic channels** if they want to resolve the situation.

Claims must include:

• Proof of your affiliation (first time per claimant only)
  
• Target identification. 100,000 credit bonus for the first person to provide the target's equipment (in full). 50,000 credit bonus if the equipment changes and you update it (again, in full. Can be a different person than the previous bonus.)
  
• Proof of target's destruction.
  
• Comm log of the bounty explanation.
  

Another bonus is available for reporting a crime - 200,000 credits to anyone who reports an Outcast criminal, with evidence.

Further, there has been a rash of shipyard theft, which we also need to punish. Sadly, I can't do it the way I want to, so I'll pay you to make their lives miserable.

• 100,000 credits to anyone who reports a non-Outcast using Maltese equipment against Cardamine transports or allied ships. This must be accompanied with a full scan of their ship, further bonuses will be awarded based on the severity of the crime.
  
• 200,000 credits to anyone who destroys a listed thief.
  
• 350,000 credits to anyone who reclaims the stolen technology. (//convince the person to switch, provide evidence of the new ship and/or guns.)
