Dear operatives and High Command,

Further to the previous communication, taking controls of 46th|LNS-Bounty I proceeded to make my way to the texas Jump Gate in New York.
Because of the sketchy position of the Installataion that Ensign Kemp-Smith has given us, I decided to skim the edge of the Unlawful Nebula that has taken so many innocent lives over the years.

As seen in the extra evidence I have provided, this base is within range of being able to siege it and all vessels who take part in such a siege will be able to stay outside the Nebula safely to be able to dismantle the installation. Also as pointed out this Installation does not let ayone Dock and we made sure that our vessel was safely manouvered to be able to try docking.

As of now, because of the health of this Installation it should be quite easy to demolish this and I am to believe that because we cannot dock here, that this base is involved in illegal activity.
My next step will be to inform all Liberty Law Enforcement about this installation and recommend that it be dismantled as soon as possible.

Whoever established this facility shall be sorry that they ever built it, and I mjust say they have established it in an area that would be rarely visited by Law Enforcement.

unfortunately because of interference from the Nebula you cannot make out the silhouette of 46th|LNS-Bounty very well but she is right on the edge of the Nebula and shows that Installation as being in a position so that we can siege it withoput being trapped inside the Nebula.

This image shows it is 21k from the Pennsylvania gate within New York.


This image shows the position of 46th|LNS-Bounty and is very close to the Installation and has had this base securely embedded within the ships radar system.

So my recommendation for this operation would be to have sufficient Capital vessels to take the Installation down and possibly initiate regular patrols around near the installation until we can establish what is going to be done about this.

Also I am recommending a full wing of fighters to assist all Capital vessels whilst this installation is under siege, which would mean using our Strike Force protocol and involving Bravo strike vessels and also all other Naval operatives in fighters to keep the Capital vessels safe from harm.

Also if needed we will scramble Delta section to assist in this operation once we can establish when it is going to happen.
