Description of report:I was next to Planet Manhattan, when I saw a "Raba" Armored Transport with the callsign Hicks*Voyager. I scanned his cargohold and found 3055 Units of Black Market Light Arms. I told him to cut his engines, but he fled through the Trade Lane to West Point. I followed him and he finally cut his engines at West Point. He dropped his cargo on the spot.
