Representatives of the Government,

In the time following my retirement from the Liberty Navy Fifth Fleet, I have come to realize that the craftsmanship of many of the fighters on the open market is rather lacking. With that in mind, I am seeking the permission from the Government of Liberty to have the privilege to once more fly a Guardian-class fighter. Requisition form attached below.
