It's been quite some time since I sent a report like this. I hope you didn't miss me! I just couldn't stand not being out in the field any longer. This one shouldn't take too long. Chrysanthemum reports in Shikoku implied there was a Samura transport in the region. I decided to tag along with a duo of flowers (GC-Yunoki.Misaki; and GC-Aeru.no.Ikari) who were particularly antsy to shoot the transport down. As it turns out, this captain (Samura|LLI-Kirrae) is working for a subsidiary of Samura calling themselves "LemonLymen Industries". They're a new hire, but only by this subsidiary, not directly by Samura. They don't have any ties to the corporation proper and no real faith in them as well. In any case, we caught the transport empty and without any guns. I convinced the Chrysanthemums to stand down and allow me to take control.

They eventually opened up about the origins of their hire and this LLI when they made it to the Golden Dragon Casino to be loaded with Black Market Side Arms. At first, I thought they were taking it elsewhere not controlled by us, but apparently LLI is a supporter of our cause. These arms were going to Tomioka to be delivered by freighter to our outpost on the planet. On the way, we were trailed by an officer that later on requested their identity anonymized. Rest assured I know what I'm doing. In any case, I learned more about the captain and got on a name to name basis between them. Their name being Kirrae Seito. Details are in the logs, but they appear to be trustworthy. For now. Until proven otherwise, this transport or any other ship belonging to this individual is not to be targeted by us.

Afterwards, the officer had managed to catch up with us. They were quite talkative and abrasive at first. They asked me to follow them to a secluded location to talk, away from the Chrysanthemums. To which I agreed, not wanting to waste my shots. After which, the flowers guarding me had decided to take their leave. This officer wanted to know more about the secrets of Kusari. It was my duty to inform them of the lie they've been living. They took it as expected; in disbelief and overwhelmed. I quote that they "needed to sleep on it", and they "weren't very compelled to arrest me right now". Their viewpoint has changed considerably, by my analysis. It's likely that we'll be seeing more of this man.
